Location              : North Dagon Township, Yangon.

Property Size       : 20 ft x 60 ft

Gross Floor Area : 2,500 sq.ft (3 Floor)

Design Style        : Contemporary

We designed this building with two option, one is home office space attached on first floor and the other is extra one bedroom instead of office space. On ground floor, you can see that we create small green space on the backyard which is on the way of common toilet. The main thing of this building is bar and dining area which can see to skylight view from taking on there.
